Will I be charged to post a listing or contact a seller?

Nope. Ranch Network is totally free!

How do I create an account?

Just click on the "Join Ranch Network" tab on the top right of the screen and fill in the information. You will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password. You can then go back to the site, click the “log in” on the top of the page, and complete the process. You will be prompted to change your password, and then you are done. It’s simple!

How do I create a listing?

Please click the “Post a Listing Now” button and fill in the required fields. Photos and additional information will assist prospective buyers and improve your chances of completing a sale. You must be signed in to create a local listing.

How do I contact a seller or someone listing a job/resume?

Log in to Ranch Network. On the listing page click the “Contact this User” button on the bottom of the page. Make sure you don’t change the information in the “To” box.

How can I find local listings?

Just enter your zip code and a desired search radius along with what you are searching for. Then click the “search” button. It’s that simple!

How long will my listing be up on Ranch Network?

All listings except for Services expire after 30 days. You will receive a notification one week prior to expiration, and, at that time, you can visit "My Listings" in the upper left of the screen and "Extend" your listing for an additional 30 days. Services listings never expire.

I closed a deal, now what?

Congratulations! The last step is to log into your account on RanchNetwork.com, and click “my listings” at the top of the page. You will be able to click “close,” which will inactivate the listing. Once you’ve closed your listing there’s a short survey we’d appreciate if you filled out so that we can continue to improve the process and better serve you!

There is nothing available in my local area on Ranch Network, does the site only operate in certain parts of the country?

Ranch Network is nationwide. Please spread the word in your local area and please keep checking!

How do I manage my email preferences for my Ranch Network account?

Visit “my account” and review your opt-in selections. If you prefer not to receive messages from us, just check the box to opt out on the “my account” page and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.

There is a problem with a listing on the site, what can I do or whom should I contact?

Just hit the “contact us” button at the top of any page and send us a message. We will reply as quickly as possible.
